It can take time to find the right therapist so I’d like to explain a little about how I work
I am an integrative Counsellor and Drawing and Talking Practioner, offering online and in person therapy for adults and young people. Maybe you’re having difficulties with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, physical illness, disability, loss or coming to terms with past life events. Are you overwhelmed with feelings of despair, hopelessness or low self-esteem? Every client is different, and so is my approach, fully tailored to you and your needs. I am able to combine multiple approaches, including person-centred psychotherapy, cognitive, creative, holistic therapies and techniques, in a safe, caring, empathetic way.

Confidentiality, trust, compassion and autonomy are at the heart of every session – therefore I give every client the opportunity, regardless of age, to be fully involved in planning their support, so we can build a strong, person centred, therapeutic relationship together.
