Your life, your story
It can take time to find the right therapist so I’d like to explain a little about how I work
At CrossYourMind Therapy, I support children, young people, and adults. I provide a safe, friendly, down to earth space to talk about your feelings, work through life’s challenges, and find ways to feel calmer, more confident, and supported.
As an integrative counsellor I can draw on a variety of therapy methods, which means each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
let’s see if we are the right fit.
Whether using talk therapy, creative techniques, cognitive behavioural strategies, or practical coping tools, I aim to provide a safe and caring space for you to explore your feelings.
Confidentiality, trust, compassion and autonomy are at the heart of every session – therefore I give every client the opportunity, regardless of age, to be fully involved in planning their support, so we can build a strong, person centred, therapeutic relationship together.

Traditional face to face counselling doesn’t suit everyone – here are some of the more holistic, creative approaches I offer.
Drawing & Talking
A gentle, creative therapy for children, young people, adults and older adults.
Invisible Illness
Support for individuals, families, and friends living with bowel diseases.
Walking & Talking
Step outside, move at your own pace, and talk in a more relaxed, natural setting.
Group Work
Group work gives children and adults a safe space to explore and express their emotions.
Online Therapy
Talk from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you feel most at ease.
Laughter Yoga
A simple yet powerful way to boost your wellbeing, lift your mood and reduce stress.
