Walking & Talking Counselling

Counselling doesn’t always have to take place indoors, sitting face to face. If this feels uncomfortable for you, Walking and Talking therapy offers the chance to step outside, move at your own pace, and talk in a more relaxed, natural setting.

Many people find that walking side by side feels less intense and helps conversations flow more easily. The gentle rhythm of walking, combined with fresh air and the calming presence of nature, can ease stress, reduce anxiety, and support emotional wellbeing.

Being outdoors can also bring a sense of space and perspective — helping you to process thoughts and feelings in a different way. Whether we walk quietly or with more energy, the pace and focus are always guided by you.
Walking and talking therapy offers a flexible, grounding alternative to traditional counselling, supporting both body and mind while we explore what matters to you.
